About AuditLoop

AuditLoop is a service operated by Archipelago Trade Co. LLC, a California limited liability company (2108 N ST, STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816).

These terms govern your use of the AuditLoop marketing website and, if you create an account, the AuditLoop product (accessibility scanning, documentation, and hosted accessibility statements).

No compliance guarantees

AuditLoop helps organizations audit, document, and monitor web accessibility. We do not guarantee that any website is fully compliant with WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or any other standard. Automated scanning catches only a portion of accessibility issues; manual testing is still required. Nothing on this site or in our reports constitutes legal advice or a promise of lawsuit protection.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site or product, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt our systems, or using automated means to scrape or spam our forms.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of AuditLoop are owned by Archipelago Trade Co. LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute site or product content without our permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

AuditLoop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site or product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archipelago Trade Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AuditLoop. Our total liability for any claim related to AuditLoop shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
