Who we are

AuditLoop provides web accessibility audit, documentation, and monitoring services for US public-sector organizations. AuditLoop is a service operated by Archipelago Trade Co. LLC, a California limited liability company (2108 N ST, STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the lead form to request a free accessibility snapshot, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your organization
• Your website URL
• Your work email address

If you create a product account, we also store your account email and organization details needed to run scans and host your accessibility statement. We collect aggregated, cookieless analytics about how visitors use this site (see Analytics below). We do not sell your personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to snapshot requests, provide the AuditLoop service, follow up about your account, and understand how our site and product are used. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where we store it

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Email notifications are sent through Gmail SMTP.

How long we keep it

We retain lead and account information for up to two years, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@auditloop.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It is cookieless and collects aggregated data such as page views. It does not track you across other websites.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The current version is always available at auditloop.org/privacy.
